Unblocking Conversation History in YM

Hi
I'm new in Juniper,
we have SRX 210HE2 with all Subscription such WF/AV/IDP/AppSec enable/active.
YM communication is running well but Juniper block the conversation history.
does anybody know, why is Juniper SRX block the link of the Conversation History in YM.
how can I unblock that link ?

Have you enabled Application Firewall or IDP in the SRX ?

If I'm not mistaking, YM history points you to an HTTPS server from Yahoo!. SRX should not be blocking it. You could try setting up flow traceoptions to get a confirmation.

Hi Darren,

That is actually a fairly common issue for several reasons and may not be related to the SRX at all. The conversation history is linked to the mail account and if you have never logged into the mail account before then it will not record the history.
