TCP Ack Flooding
Please let me know what is expected from router when TCP - ACK packets are pumped with some random sequence number into it without establishing any connection.

It can be a number of things. What are the characteristics of the flood ? All have your server's dst IP ? Randm sources ? Just ACK or SYN/ACK ? Please provide more details.
