Remote shutdown or restart of a windows system

Windows Remote Desktop Connection (RDC) removes the "Shut Down/Turn OFF Your Computer" option from the Start Menu.

To shutdown / reboot / stand-by a remote windows machine, follow next steps:

Right click on taskbar -> Task Manager -> Shut Down (menu) and choose whatever action:
Stand by
Hibernate
Turn Off
Restart
Log off
Switch user
