Topic review - Unblocking Conversation History in YM

Hi Darren,

That is actually a fairly common issue for several reasons and may not be related to the SRX at all. The conversation history is linked to the mail account and if you have never logged into the mail account before then it will not record the history. I would look at some other causes before looking at the SRX. You might check out this link too. https://answers.yahoo.com/question/inde ... 115AAr8CAQ

Hope that helps!

Darren,

Have you enabled Application Firewall or IDP in the SRX ?

If I'm not mistaking, YM history points you to an HTTPS server from Yahoo!. SRX should not be blocking it. You could try setting up flow traceoptions to get a confirmation.

Come back with more details.
