Fatal error: Trying to set unexisting parameter 'gmysql-host' - PowerDNS error on Debian

Fatal error: Trying to set unexisting parameter 'gmysql-host' - PowerDNS error on Debian

Following error is sent to /var/log/daemon.log on debian when PowerDNS is installed with mysql backend:

Jan 13 10:59:00 pdnsserver pdns[4873]: Fatal error: Trying to set unexisting parameter 'gmysql-host'
Jan 13 10:59:01 pdnsserver pdns[4752]: Our pdns instance exited with code 1
Jan 13 10:59:01 pdnsserver pdns[4752]: Respawning

This is because because of the bindbackend being also present in /etc/powerdns/pdns.d/pdns.simplebind. To solve this the file needs to be moved/removed not renamed.
